Multi-Travel “Season” – Weekly, Monthly 3 Monthly and Annual available from booking agents Discounted “Fun Fares” “Fun Fares” are only available online, mobile app and from booking agents. Cheapest Fun Fare Single From Felixstowe to London start from £8 Return from £15 Tickets can only be used designated services only. There are no Coachcard discounts on “Fun Fares” Suffolk Concessionary Bus Passes – Are not valid for travel on national express coach services from Felixstowe and Ipswich. Booking Fees £1 booking fee applies for all tickets purchase online or with a mobile app. £1.50 fee applies for all tickets purchase by telephone. Luggage Allowance Either one suitcase holdall or rucksack not weighing more than 20 kilos plus one item of hand luggage which must be able be stowed either on the overhead luggage racks or under seats. Additional luggage can be taken at extra charge of £8 for 1 item, up to 3 items £16. Travel Insurance An optional £1 travel insurance is offered when booking tickets online or by mobile phone app. This is not necessary as when travelling passenger on a national express coach service. Passengers are automatically covered on the coach operator’s “Public Liability Insurance”! |

Coachcards can be purchased online, by phone or at a booking agent. A £1.50 fee applies if purchased online or by phone. Coachcards must be presented at all times with tickets. There are no peak travel restrictions. Coachcards are not refundable or transferable. Only 4 Coachcards can be used per booking. |

Other special beneficial promotions are offered with certain railcards. 1 year Railcards can be purchase at any Station Travel Office or online at www.Railcard.co.uk 3 year Railcards can only be purchased online. |
A 16-25 Railcard costs £30 for 1 year and £70 for 3 years To be eligible for this railcard you must be aged between 16 and 25 or in fulltime education which requires verification. Railcard can be purchased up until the day before your 24th birthday. A £12 minimum fare applies for journeys made before 10am Monday to Friday, excluding Advance fares. This minimum fare does not apply on public holidays or throughout July and August. |
A Two Together Railcard costs £30 for 1 year Only two named Adults are eligible to use this Railcard Available for travel after 09:30 Mondays to Fridays plus anytime at weekends and public holidays |
A Family & Friends Railcard cost £30 for 1 year and £70 for 3 years This entitles a 1/3 off adult fares, and 60% off Children’s fares To use a Family & Friends Railcard, your group must consist of at least one named card holder and one child (Aged 5 to 15 years) The maximum group size is 4 adults & 4 Children If the only child in the Family & Friends Railcard & Friends group is aged less than 5 years of age, the Railcard holder may purchase a discounted ticket in order for that accompanying adult to qualify for the discount on their tickets Cannot be used in the London and Southeast area until after 10am Mondays to Fridays |

A Network Railcard cost £30 for 1 year, which provides discount travel 1/3 off Adult fares and 60% off of child fares within the Network Area which stretches from Manningtree to Exeter! Up to 3 Adults and 4 Children can travel as a group Valid for travel after 10:00 Mondays to Fridays plus at anytime weekends and public holidays A £13 minimum fare applies Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. The minimum fare does not apply at weekends. Network Railcards can only be purchase at Station Ticket offices within Network Area |
